Valmiki Jayanti was celebrated at the local S.D.P. Senior Secondary School (Prachark School, Hazuri Road). On this occasion, students presented speeches and devotional songs, and the teachers gave lectures on the life of Maharishi Valmiki. The chief guest, Mr. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, encouraged the students to draw inspiration from the life of this great sage. The school principal, Mr. Jasvir Singh Chauhan, also highlighted the life of Valmiki Ji and urged the students to follow the teachings given by him.
