S.D.P. Senior Secondary School Hazuri Road, Ludhiana proudly announced the successful completion of a five day yoga shivir organized within the school campus. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and staff, promoting health, mind fullness and well-being. Each day of the shivir began with a morning session of yoga followed by an awareness talk on healthy lifestyle habits, stress management and the benefits of yoga practice. Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin appreciated the efforts of teachers and students. Principal Sh. Jasveer Singh Chauhan extended heartfelt thanks to the organization team, yoga trainers.
